Our work together begins with an Initial Session.
The Initial Session is meant to forge a starting foundation for our work together.
You can expect exercises that support me in getting to know you, and you getting to know yourself better. We’ll do this through somatic (body-based) and relational explorations.
During this Initial Session, we’ll begin building a container and the necessary foundation for deeper work to come.
If we decide that we are a good match after our first session…
We’ll commit to co-creating a journey of transformation.
All Initial Sessions for in person work are 2 hours in length with an investment of $495.
All Initial Sessions for virtual work are 1.5 hours in length with an investment of $275.
After our Initial Session, you can choose the journey that suits your needs best or we can work together to customize one for you. Journey investments are separate from Initial Sessions.

All individual offerings begin with an Initial Session. Journeys do not include the price of our Initial Session together. Monthly payment plans available. You should expect to be paid in full by our final session together.

Intensives are available for those who want to dive into bodywork or live father away. We can do one or several intensives over a period of time. Each day we meet consists of aprox 3-5 hours of time together. The first two hours is $495 and each additional hour is $195.
Accessing support in your healing journey is a big investment of your resources. I don’t take this lightly and I honor the financial, emotional, and time commitment you are making toward your growth.
If you feel called to work with me, but do not have the resources, please contact me. If I don’t currently have any 1:1 sliding scale options - I always have by donation communal offerings and can put you on a waitlist for 1:1 work.
