Radical transformation is possible when we gather in sacred relationship.

When we step out of individualism and separation and into interconnection. Allowing one person's alchemy to ripple out and support us all. Tending to our wounds, our gifts, and our power. Each with unique circumstances but a common thread of exploration and growth.

Together, mending and repairing our wounds of separation and isolation. Allowing our longings to be seen and our need for connection to be expressed, received, and met.

A midwife of connection, I create and hold sacred ceremonies, rituals, and retreats to support people in remembering their innate belonging and to come back into connection with the elements, spirit, their own inner healing intelligence, and each other. I weave somatic practices, healing touch, intentional connection to plant consciousness, and singing into the spaces I hold.
